Director of Revenue Cycle and Value-Based Care Strategy
Jeffrey McInnes started his career in medical billing for small group practices in Indiana, and moved to Chicago to pursue work in community-based nonprofits. Prior to working at Esperanza, he led the managed care and central intake departments at Haymarket Center in Chicago. At Esperanza, he oversees our billing department and call center, integrating the patient registration process with insurance billing and maximizing affordability for our patients by offering sliding scale and payment plan options. In his free time he plays rugby for an inclusive team, enjoys cooking, skiing, and traveling.
Education: Master's in Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, Bachelor of the Arts Psychology, Indiana University
