Steven Conrad started at Esperanza in 2009 as assistant to the CEO and brought with him more than 20 years of experience in retail management. In 2012, he transitioned to work in human resources, where he has been crucial to developing Esperanza’s caring and dedicated team of providers and staff. Outside of work, Steven enjoys reading, music, the performing arts, and spending time with his two adorable puppies.
