Adrian Soto is responsible for identifying and assisting in the implementation of key strategic initiatives, creating and recommending major policy decisions, and developing innovative systems of care both within the health center as well as on a community level. Adrian has focused on assisting and supporting the growth of diverse businesses for the past 10 years. A Chicago native whose parents immigrated from Durango, Mexico, Adrian is passionate about empowering Chicago’s Latino communities.
