Twenty years ago, a daring vision became reality on Chicago’s southwest side. Taking our name from the Spanish word for “hope”, Esperanza Health Centers opened its doors for the first time in 2004 as a small neighborhood clinic committed to the belief that everyone deserves quality care regardless of their income, insurance, language, or immigration status.
Today, that vision continues to thrive and grow at Esperanza.
