Movement as Medicine (Yoga)
Access our free virtual and in-person yoga classes facilitated by our partner Rise Up Wellness. Yoga provides many benefits like managing stress, boosting your energy, improving sleep, and reducing chronic pain.

Food as Medicine (Community Herbalist Program)
In this class, facilitated by our partner Rise Up Wellness, you will learn how to use food and herbs as medicine through hands-on experience. This is a free program taught by a licensed healthcare provider and herbal educator. The full program includes 7 medicine-making workshops and 12 holistic health lessons.
