Claudia is a nurse practitioner at Esperanza 63rd Street. In her work she has cared for women throughout all stages of life: adolescence, pregnancy, menopause, and beyond. She completed her education at University of Illinois at Chicago College of Nursing where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in nursing and master’s degrees. Claudia was drawn to Esperanza by our reputation of providing high-quality care. She is passionate about providing women with the care and information they need to live healthy lives, as well as about protecting the environment, social justice, and animals. She loves the outdoors year-round, and in her spare time, Claudia enjoys spending time with her spouse, two daughters, and two rescue dogs – one is from Ecuador!
