Dr. Maria Perdomo Meza is a family medicine provider at our Brighton Park clinic. Prior to joining Esperanza, she completed her family medicine residency at West Suburban Medical Center. She completed her medical education at Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia before earning her Master’s degree in Palliative Medicine from King’s College in London, United Kingdom.
Being Latin American and an immigrant herself, Dr. Perdomo Meza wanted to honor her roots by caring for a Latinx community, ultimately drawing her to Esperanza. She loves traveling, learning about different cultures, and learning about her patients’ lives. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, exploring the Chicago food scene, and spending time with her daughter, husband, and cats.
